Are your products truly, all-natural and chemical-free?"Yes. Aura Lifeline Therapy, LLC upholds and exercises a standard of care to which we owe it to our customers, our family to ensure we are using all-natural, chemical-free materials. Our labels properly identify the ingredients that are used within each product. If you are unsure of which product is best for you or your family, please contact us, we'll be glad to assist.

What ingredients are used in your products?Our products are primarily mixed with raw, cold-pressed carrier oils(olive oil, avocado oil, palm oil, coconut,ect.), essential oils, distilled water, aloe vera gel/juice and Mica color additives are included.

What are the benefits in using your product?Each product has its own distinct use. Because we are not medical professionals, we highly encourage you to reserch the materials we use in our products to gain an understanding of how our hair and skin care products can or can not be beneficial for you or your loved ones.

How do I store my product?All hair and skin care products should be stored in a dry, cool area until you are ready to use.

Can I purchase Aura Lifeline Therapy, LLC product in a bulk?Although, we do not advertise our bulk products, it is certainly available. We ask for bulk orders that you email us for pricing. We will respond within 72 hours. If you decide to move forward with ordering your product in bulk, we have a turnaround time of 10-14 business days, dependent on the size of the order, business hours, holidays or inclement weather.

How long will it take for me to get my order?For our shipping services, we offer, overnight shipping (usually 1-3 business days), express shipping (usually 3-5 business days) and standard shipping (usually 7-10 business days), which are purchased online. These services can not be guaranteed on delivery timeframes, delivery services are continguent upon carriers business schedule, holiday schedule, and weather conditions. We ask for all bulk, holiday and or special occasion related orders that you contact us directly.

What is the processing time for orders?On all orders, except holiday/special occasion/bulk orders, the processing time will be between (2) two and (3) three business days. This does not include holidays and or weekends. If you place an order during the holiday and or on the weekend, it will be processed the following business day. This does not include the time it takes to have your item shipped.

If I am dissatisfied with my purchase and or product can I get a refund?All purchases are final. We will consider refunds if your item is damaged or defective. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase and photos with time stamp for defective and or damaged items in order for us to consider returning a refund and or replacing your order. All returns for damaged and or defective items must be received within (7) business days, no exceptions!
